Shipping Policy

Royal Mail Shipping:

UK shipping is free for orders over £50 

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £4.00 for Royal Mail second class shipping. If an alternate option is required, please contact info@allthesmallthings.shop. (Other services may incur a higher shipping rate) 

Items are normally posted the next day, and should be delivered within 2-3 days of posting. Please contact us on the email above if you have not received your package within 7 working days. Standard orders aren't normally tracked via Royal Mail, so lost parcels cannot be reimbursed by allthesmallthings.shop. Compensation for items lost or damaged during shipment may be claimed from Royal Mail if a tracked service is requested. This will incur a higher shipping charge. Please email for details.

Please email for international shipping rates. These start at £15. Free shipping discount will not be applied to non-UK orders.

There may be additional charges on parcels arriving from the UK to non-UK destinations. They are to be paid by the purchaser. These costs vary country by country so please check before purchasing. Parcels arriving in EU countries from the UK may now be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees.

Returns Policy:

Returns will are only accepted if the item is faulty and the fault was not mentioned in it's description. As all of the vintage items on sale are previously owned, there will almost inevitably be some visible signs of this. However, we check them all, and strive to ensure the customer is happy with the condition of the items. We will give a clear and honest description of it's condition. Please email us if there are any defects that have been missed or overlooked.
